How do I organise a collection through UPS?

Schedule a parcel collection via the UPS website (free)

• Fill out all mandatory fields, including your tracking numbers, address details and parcel weight
• Select the date and time for collection. This will need to be at least 24 hours in advance.

Arrange to drop off your parcel at your local UPS drop-off point

Don't forget, once you've generated a label, you have 15 days to print it before it expires. Printed labels and Zero Waste Box labels last 6 months before expiring.
