There might be a few reasons why you're unable to request a prepaid UPS label.
1) You haven’t joined a programme yet
Here at TerraCycle®, we aim to grow communities of collectors to make our programmes as effective as possible. As a result, we do not accept waste sent to us by individual collectors unless you have joined a programme. For more information on the programmes we're currently offering, please click here. You can join each programme by visiting the respective programme page and reading the ‘How it Works’ section. Please have a look at the helpful labels above the free recycling programme names to easily identify, at a glance, how the programme will work, for example, if there are spaces for you to join or if you will need to drop off your waste.
2) Changes have been made to the programme
Due to the growing popularity of our programmes, at times, we may have to amend programme rules. To make our programmes more efficient, we sometimes change the types of collectors who can be registered on the programme (e.g. private collectors so that only public drop-off locations are in place), or the types of organisations we partner with. It may be the case that you have been affected by these changes. Please be assured that all changes are announced well in advance to all collectors registered on the specific programme so we would urge you to check your emails from TerraCycle®.
3) You have been removed from the programme
