My chosen charity is unapproved. What steps are required to approve it?

If your chosen charity appears as unapproved, it means we're missing some information. It's possible that we currently do not hold any bank details for your chosen organisation.

Once you have registered the charity on our website or identified a charity that you wish to donate to which appears as unapproved, please fill in the bank detail form which can be found by clicking here and email the completed form to

A member of the team will then review your chosen charity and approve it should we have all the required information. If we do however need any further information about your chosen organisation, we will be back in touch. Please note, you will not be able to redeem points until this step is completed.
